Executive Producer

We are looking for an Executive Producer for our growing TV and Film business. You will be familiar with the creation of Automotive CGI assets, and animation. You’ll have a broad knowledge base of Television and Film, possessing understanding of the CG asset development process. The role requires a highly motivated, committed individual who has the talent and experience to develop clients needing compelling & creative solutions requiring innovative quality input.



  • Direct the TV and Film business strategy to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Be able to identify commercial, marketable projects.
  • Undertake frequent client visits.
  • Develop existing client accounts to preserve relationships and manage expectations.
  • Communicate requirements client-side and grow existing business where possible.
  • Work with the team to create sales pitches and presentations.
  • Build and take ownership for new business strategies.
  • Work alongside the Head of Production to develop best practice processes.
  • Monitor current workflows, maintain quality, and control budgets to meet business needs.
  • Help to conceptualise original/innovative approaches to support client needs
  • Be an evangelist for high quality, innovative solutions for clients and RealtimeUK.
  • Develop strategies with Marketing to create and develop awareness.



  • Excellent knowledge CG in TV and Film, with a relevant sector background.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and project delivery.
  • Business planning and strategy skills aligned with TV and Film.
  • Experience managing budgets, timescales and milestone delivery.
  • Good knowledge of the process for asset development in CG.



  • Experience working on or with the creation process for CG assets.
  • Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, V-Ray & Nuke
  • Knowledge of Photoshop.
